The Role

In this role, you will support IT and Technology recruitment across the UK & Ireland and Spain markets. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to attract and hire top technical talent in a highly competitive market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading an end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
  • Facilitating the interview and selection process.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
  • Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
  • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
  • Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
  • Undertaking market mapping projects.

Skills & Requirements

  • In-depth experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes within tech/IT sector
  • In-depth experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g., direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach.
  • UK&I, Central And North Europe recruitment experience.
