Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule interviews across time zones
  • Handle calendar management, rescheduling, and conflict resolution efficiently
  • Provide a high level of candidate care and communication throughout the interview process
  • Maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related trackers
  • Support job postings and requisition management as required
  • Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities when needed
  • Generate and maintain reports, trackers, and scheduling data with accuracy and timeliness
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination – interview scheduling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in calendar tools (Outlook/Google Calendar) and ATS platforms
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle scheduling conflicts and escalations

  • Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate and support junior team members if required
