The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of operational and functional positions, with a primary focus on the US market. Working in a fully remote setup, you will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, proactively source talent, and build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. You will be supporting a globally recognised investment firm known for its strong market presence, high-performance culture, and commitment to excellence. The organisation operates across multiple regions and offers exposure to complex, fast-paced hiring environments, making this a great opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and contribute to impactful hiring projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply your end-to-end recruitment expertise to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes for senior and complex roles.
  • Use your market insights and consultative skills to guide hiring managers on attraction strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
  • Lead vacancy consultations, defining role requirements, sourcing activities, DEI considerations, and the full recruitment plan.
  • Collaborate in narrowing and reviewing shortlists, ensuring all candidates meet the quality and capability expectations of the business.
  • Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience, from first conversation through to offer and onboarding.
  • Manage complex offer processes and negotiations, advising hiring managers with insight and sound judgment.
  • Support demand planning, talent pipelining, and workforce forecasting with client resourcing leads.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices to uplift recruitment delivery across the team.

Skills & Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including hands‑on sourcing for specialist and hard‑to‑fill roles within Mid/Back Office Financial Services and/or Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of key sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, and other digital sourcing channels).
  • Proven ability to engage and assess candidates directly from the market and build high-quality shortlists.
  • Strength in stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, recruitment technology, and MS Office.
