The Role
Our opportunity is your chance to play a crucial role in redefining the world of talent. Interested? Then we would like to talk to you! As a Recruiter you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and value is generated for AMS. The role is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. You will be also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.
Key Accountabilities
- Leading and managing end to end recruitment processes for a variety of roles in Technology/ IT sector.
- Proactively identifying candidates through multiple channels and build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Managing multiple stakeholders across the business.
- Identifying process improvements and managing Client expectations.
- Ensuring Candidate and Hiring Manager great experience by frequent updates and communication.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles within the Technology / IT sector, including Product, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, AI, and Machine Learning as well as Sales and BD, Account Management and Marketing.
- Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer focus and excellent senior stakeholders management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Client, Candidates, and Teammates.
- Strategic mind, attention to detail and proactive approach.
