Fixed-term assignment for 6 months (with possible extension but not guaranteed)

Location: Belfast

We are looking for a new team member to provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. The employee will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to their area of responsibility.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversees account‑specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre‑employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification
  • Managing various ad‑hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PE vendor), and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day‑to‑day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
  • Fully utilises technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team
