The Role

As a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will create and deliver recruitment services and follow established service agreements. The role requires using recruitment technology tools and managing end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client, providing expert advice and managing expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities

  • You’ll manage end-to-end (360) recruitment processes
  • You’ll pro-actively source and deliver candidates
  • You’ll take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered
  • You’ll build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, and other recruitment activities
  • You’ll consult with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
  • You’ll deliver exceptional service to the candidate and Hiring Managers, with frequent updates and clear communication throughout the process
  • You’ll deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives
