As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall appearance and cleanliness of residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Safely operate ladders and other equipment necessary for window cleaning at various heights.
- Drive to different job sites, maintaining punctuality and professionalism at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide feedback on potential improvements or additional services that could benefit clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A valid driving licence is required for travel between job sites.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients and address their concerns.
