Introduction:
A well-established aluminium and glazing manufacturer in Magherafelt is looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join its workshop team. This is a permanent, full-time position paying £41,000+ depending on experience. Relocation support, accommodation, food allowance and travel allowance are available for the right candidate.

Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Fabricate aluminium frames and glazing systems from technical drawings
- Cut, prepare and machine aluminium profiles accurately
- Assemble, fit up and finish aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts and curtain walling units
- Weld aluminium (TIG) where required
- Check work against drawings and quality standards before dispatch
- Keep the workshop clean and follow health & safety procedures
- Work with the team to meet production deadlines
- Some travel may be involved
Profile :
- Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator in a workshop (windows, doors, shopfronts, curtain walling or similar)
- Able to read and work from technical drawings
- Experience cutting, machining and assembling aluminium profiles accurately
- Right to work in the UK
- Live locally, or be willing to relocate to the Magherafelt area
- Reliable, with good attention to detail and a team player
Desirable:
- TIG welding on aluminium
- Glazing, curtain walling or façade experience

Additional information :
This is a permanent, full-time, workshop-based position in Magherafelt, Co. Londonderry. Candidates who live locally or are willing to relocate are welcome. Candidates who would rather not relocate can stay near the workshop during the week, or travel expenses can be arranged.
