Description
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering incoming calls and passing to relevant colleague / department
• Making external calls to clients or organisations to obtain documentation
• Working on legal cases and following processes
• Updating CRM system and case notes
• General office duties, photocopying, filing, emailing & scanning documentation
• Working closely with legal colleagues, gaining an insight for future development
• Opportunity to develop a process improvement for department
