Following the appointment of a new Director of Product Engineering, the business is investing heavily in its product and engineering function.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the engineering team from a technical perspective whilst remaining hands-on.
- Drive architecture, engineering standards and code quality.
- Work closely with Product to balance technical excellence with commercial delivery.
- Champion AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices.
- Improve SDLC, CI/CD and engineering tooling.
- Mentor and coach engineers through technical leadership rather than line management.
- Help shape the future direction of a rapidly evolving Salesforce-native platform.
What We're Looking For
- Senior / Lead Software Engineer, Technical Architect or Engineering Team Lead background.
- Experience working within a Saa S or Salesforce ISV / App Exchange product environment is nice to have.
- Comfortable influencing engineering decisions.
- Passion for building scalable products and continuously improving engineering practices.
- Commercial mindset with an appreciation for product priorities and customer outcomes.
