A great permanent job opportunity for a production welder / fabricator with some TIG stainless steel welding experience who wants to continue to develop your skills in a growing and successful manufacturing business. You will need some experience of welding stainless, ideally working on pipework, valves etc. but product training will be given and you will need to become coded.
TASKS: In this role you will work from engineering drawings and use jigs and fixtures to fabricate a range of high integrity stainless steel products and assemblies in a production environment working to engineering drawings and coding standards. You will inspect your work to ensure all appropriate standards are met and work to company health and safety standards at all times as well as contributing to the production environment in other ways when required.
SKILLS NEEDED: To apply for this role you should:
- Have some experience of TIG stainless steel welding ideally in a production or projects environment requiring a high level of integrity.
- Be keen to develop your skills further and achieve codings as required.
- Be reliable, consistent and self-motivated, keen to work as part of a team.
- Work with efficiency and accuracy following engineering drawings and work instructions.
