ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a growing environmental consultancy seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator and Administrator to support our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, supporting and communicating effectively with customers and the team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism and improving processes and systems. There will also be the opportunity to contribute in other areas of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to client enquiries, set up/manage projects in our project management system, and liaise with clients and teams to ensure accurate information throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating site visits, managing diaries, allocating resources, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Invoicing and managing payments.
- General administrative, office, travel, accommodation, and meeting/event support for the business and directors.
- Ensuring risk assessments are filed, supporting health and safety processes, and assisting with maintaining accreditations and memberships.
