As Business Unit Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers. We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.

We are seeking a commercially driven Internal Telesales Executive to support growth within our automotive aftermarket business. This role focuses on re‑engaging low‑spending and dormant customers, increasing account activity, and maximising sales opportunities through proactive outbound contact and relationship building.

Responsibilities
  • Contact existing and inactive customers to drive sales and account engagement
  • Build strong, long‑term customer relationships via regular communication
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Promote new products, offers and seasonal campaigns
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external sales colleagues to support growth
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Support customer onboarding to the B2B ordering platform
  • Assist with administrative sales tasks and attend trade shows as required
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telesales, internal sales or customer service
  • Strong telephone communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Target‑driven with a commercial mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
