You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, process orders in SAP, handle queries and returns, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Production to ensure timely delivery and high service levels.
You will communicate with customers professionally, maintain accuracy, and look for process improvements. Some home-working is possible 1–2 days per week to fit business needs.
