We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Trading Coordinator to support our UK Sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of trading activities, acting as a key link between Sales and internal stakeholders. You will provide operational, analytical and administrative support to enable effective customer trading and business growth.

  • Provide day-to-day support to the UK Sales team, including preparing quotations, presentations and business reviews.
  • Analyse EPOS data to identify trends and potential risks, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate customer promotions, pricing, rebates and product set-up processes.
  • Manage customer data, price files and commercial agreements.
  • Support customer visits through analysis, preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategies.
  • Organise and coordinate sales conferences and key meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Lead and develop direct reports where applicable.
