We are seeking a commercially driven Internal Telesales Executive to support growth within our automotive aftermarket business. This role focuses on re-engaging low-spending and dormant customers, increasing account activity, and maximising sales opportunities through proactive outbound contact and relationship building.

  • Contact existing and inactive customers to drive sales and account engagement
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships via regular communication
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Promote new products, offers and seasonal campaigns
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external sales colleagues to support growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support customer onboarding to the B2B ordering platform
  • Assist with administrative sales tasks and attend trade shows as required
