Your tasks
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Trade Aftermarket to lead and develop our UK Aftermarket Business Unit. Managing a team of five, you will drive strategic growth across a portfolio of key customers including buying groups, distributors, specialists, and independent motor factors. This role carries full P&L responsibility and plays a critical part in delivering long-term business growth.
- Develop and execute the UK Trade Aftermarket strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Manage strategic customer relationships, including ITG members and key accounts.
- Own contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and business reviews.
- Deliver annual promotional plans in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure successful product launches and strong in-store and online execution.
- Drive continuous business growth by identifying new opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking for the business unit.
