- Job Responsibilities
- Manage quality across NPD, production, warehouse, and stock
- Conduct laboratory testing, failure analysis, and benchmarking
- Investigate customer complaints and product returns
- Perform incoming, outgoing, and intervention inspections
- Support supplier failure analysis and continuous improvement actions
- Oversee production quality, packaging, and rework activities
- Support Technical Helpline with high priority investigations
- Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits
- Manage lab equipment, calibration, and 5S standards
- Hands on quality experience in an electronics environment
- Knowledge of electronics testing and IPC standards
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- High attention to detail
- Desirable: ISO 9001 experience, root cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, SAP knowledge, soldering experience, driving Licence
