This role supports a business change workstream focused on annuity and life & pensions communications, helping redesign and improve customer documentation and templates. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements, run workshops, and drive change delivery across regulated customer communications.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering across annuity and pensions communication processes.
- Run stakeholder workshops to review and redesign document templates and customer outputs.
- Analyse current state communications and define improved future state approaches.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and change deliverables.
- Work across business, compliance and technical teams to support implementation.
- Drive business change activity and adoption across impacted teams.
- Operate as a self-sufficient senior BA within a fast-moving change environment.
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong Business Analyst experience within financial services change programmes.
- Proven life and pensions or annuity product experience.
- Background delivering business change and customer communications improvements.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience redesigning processes and document or template outputs.
- Ability to work independently and lead analysis activity end to end.
- Strong documentation and requirements definition capability.
