On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a PMO Lead – Governance and Record Keeping for an initial 6-month long contract based in London. It is a hybrid model.
Purpose of the Role:
This role is focused on delivering structured governance, control framework and coordinate the delivery of changes as a part of BAU and continuous improvement.
As a PMO Lead – Governance and Record Keeping, you will be:

Developing of central governance framework

Developing of central governance documentation hub

Preparing Executive Level Management Documents

Coordinating of committee and sub-committee meetings, including preparation of materials
-
Owning of governance artefacts – Meeting Decks/Minutes – tracking to conclusion of Approvals, Action Log, Change Request Log, Conditions Log

Owning of management escalation process (including but not limited to RAID logs)

Strong governance skills – all documentation, meeting and tracking/management requirements

Ability to conduct negotiations

Analytical capacity

Ability to define relevant metrics and performance indicators

Strong project management / PMO abilities
