We're looking for an experienced M&A Integration Manager to lead the end‐to‐end integration of multiple acquisitions, ensuring smooth transition of people, processes, systems and clients. This role is key to protecting deal value, reducing risk and driving synergy delivery in a fast‐growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead integration planning, governance and coordination across several acquisitions, ensuring clear structure, accountability and communication.
- Develop and deliver Day 1 readiness plans and Day 30/100 roadmaps, covering people, operations, clients, systems and risk controls.
- Oversee integration across Finance, People, Technology, Compliance, Clients and Commercial, ensuring alignment to the Group's operating model.
- Support cultural integration, organisational design, role mapping and change communications to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Identify operational, financial and regulatory risks early, driving mitigation plans and ensuring compliance throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Track and deliver cost, revenue and operational synergies, reporting progress clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Strong M&A integration experience (professional services or similar).
- Deep understanding of operations, systems migration and change management.
- Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management.
- High EQ, resilience and a hands‐on, pragmatic approach.
- Experience integrating multi‐site or national group structures.
- Exposure to FCA‐regulated or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience building integration playbooks, frameworks or PMO structures.
- Background working with Private Equity stakeholders.
- Familiarity with TUPE, organisational design or large‐scale change programmes.
