Our services within the Group include Audit & Accounting, Tax (Capital Allowances, Private Client, Innovations, Tax Investigations and VAT), and Advisory (Corporate Finance, Business Recovery, Debt Advisory and Insurance).

Due to continued growth we are seeking a Finance Business Partner.

You\’ll be working with practice groups and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial insight, enabling data-driven decision-making. This role requires a proactive, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between finance and the broader business.

Financial Analysis and Reporting
Compliance and Risk Management:
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement data-driven solutions and reporting tools.

ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a professional services environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.

Familiarity with Legal Sector KPIs (e.g., Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of the legal industry and financial drivers.
