We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at AMS Corporate Finance, part of the AMS Group, as a Corporate Finance Executive. The role would suit someone who is looking for their first role within Corporate Finance as we have a fantastic team of people to train and develop you.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in the leading of M&A transactions from commencement through to completion, including liaising with clients, lawyers, funders and other advisers.
- Preparing documentations for transaction such as pitch documents, information memoranda, buyer and investor lists, teaser documents
- Helping to prepare potential lists of buyers and investors and conducting a preliminary vetting process
- Preparing financial projections models
- Assisting the team and clients with fund-raising assignments, including identifying appropriate funding sources, liaising with funders and clients, and responding to information requests.
- Helping to pull together virtual data rooms, responding to IRL requests and supporting clients through the due diligence process
- Undertaking initial research and analysis to support pitches, whilst also assisting in the preparation and delivery of the pitch.
- Developing a network of contacts across the North-West professional community and be an ambassador for the Group
Skills and attributes required:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (preferred)
