We\’re looking for a Talent / Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team.
This role would suit someone who is looking to transition from agency recruitment into internal recruitment, or someone who has some experience within internal recruitment and keen to take on more responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Create candidate recruitment packs and ensure these are shared with candidates and our external recruitment partners
- Manage the LinkedIn Recruiter account – posting new roles, responding to applications and proactively messaging candidates in the talent pipeline
- Conduct initial candidate calls and arrange interviews
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and our recruitment partners to coordinate and attend interviews
- Prepare offer letters and liaise with the People Advisor to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees
- Support the Head of People and Culture with embedding the recruitment process across the Group
- Ensure talent metrics are kept updated and report on these monthly, quarterly and annually
- Act as an ambassador for AMS Group

Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment (agency, RPO or internal recruitment)
- A team player
- Eager to learn
- Experience within the professional services industry would be advantageous but is not essential
