About the role
This is a hands-on, people-facing role at the heart of our Manchester HQ. As Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating a genuinely welcoming environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors across our five-storey office. You'll keep things running smoothly day to day from managing reception and meeting rooms to supporting internal events and wellbeing initiatives while acting as a visible ambassador for our culture and values.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming visitors, clients, and colleagues professionally and ensuring a positive first impression at all times
- Maintaining reception and communal areas to a consistently high standard across all five floors
- Managing visitor sign-in processes in line with health and safety requirements
- Answering incoming calls and directing queries promptly and professionally
- Managing office supplies, including stationery, refreshments, and breakfast items
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services
- Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared, presentable, and equipped
- Acting as the key point of contact for facilities queries, liaising with building management and external suppliers
- Supporting office operations, wellbeing initiatives, and internal events
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to teams as required
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the workplace and client experience
