On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Quality Assurance MI Analyst (KYC) for a 6 month contract based in Birmingham

Job Purpose:

To provide support to the KYC QA BAU MI team to run daily BAU processes and ad hoc MI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support BAU MI processes
  • Work with changing data sets to enhance processes and MI
  • Maintain MI workflows tooling and enhance workflows using various tooling to account for changes in MI requirements
  • Create slides for various forums and meetings
  • Monthly reporting of MI into relevant forums and dashboards

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Excellent Alteryx, Tableau and Excel skills.
  • Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) skills would be preferable
  • Accuracy and attention to detail to work with large datasets, data visualisation skills to present findings and analytical and critical thinking to identify issues, interpret data and develop solutions
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies/ technical issues with BaU processes raised by team/ stakeholders
  • Implement changes to processes/ design and automate new processes
  • Assisting team with BaU tasks and more complex ad hoc MI requests
  • Ability to understand current MI workflows to suggest adjustments and enhancements to respond to changing requirements of QA.
