On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a SAP Project Systems Lead for a 6 Months (with potential extension) contract based in Hatfield (Hybrid - 3 times per week in the office).

As SAP Project Systems Lead you will act as the Project System SME, shaping SAP PS process and configuration decisions while supporting the delivery of an integrated SAP solution. Working within a large enterprise transformation programme, you will facilitate workshops, produce key design artefacts, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful implementation.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the SAP Project System SME, providing expertise on PS capabilities, configuration, and integration points.
  • Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear SAP PS functional designs aligned to the overall solution.
  • Produce Solution Design Documents, functional specifications, and related artefacts.
  • Support process design, solution delivery, and implementation across the full project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure designs are understood and deliverable.

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

The skills you'll need:

  • Strong functional experience in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Experience working as an SME within SAP transformation or implementation programmes.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience producing Solution Design Documents and functional specifications.
  • Strong understanding of SAP PS integration with other modules and cross-system processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
