Join us as a Technology Delivery Lead (Rocket Software & AWS - Mainframe Migration) As Technology Delivery Lead (Rocket Software & AWS - Mainframe Migration) you will lead a strategic legacy modernisation programme focused on migrating applications in a mainframe environment to AWS using Rocket Software solutions. This is a highly visible delivery leadership role requiring an individual who has successfully led similar migration projects and can demonstrate hands-on experience planning, managing, and delivering complex mainframe-to-cloud transformations. What you'll do: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a legacy application mainframe migration. Develop and execute migration strategies, project plans, delivery roadmaps, and governance frameworks. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, including internal resources, Rocket Software specialists, and third-party suppliers. Ensure successful execution of migration activities while maintaining quality and business continuity. Drive programme governance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. The skills you'll need: Proven experience leading mainframe-to-AWS migration projects. Strong hands-on experience working with Rocket Software migration solutions. Demonstrable track record of designing, planning, and delivering complex cloud migration programmes. Experience managing large-scale technology delivery projects within enterprise environments. Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud transformation initiatives. Experience working with large third-party service providers, such as TCS or similar offshore delivery organisations.
