Purpose of the role:
As Technical Solutions Lead you will support the delivering of client-side projects across a large Windows estate. You will work on multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring technical solutions are tested, compliant, and successfully adopted by end users.
What you\’ll do:
- Support project delivery across multiple workstreams within the Windows client estate.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
- Oversee and manage testing activities.
- Ensure the client estate runs efficiently and securely.
- Engage with end users to drive successful solution adoption.
The skills you\’ll need:
- Strong Wintel background and proven track record in managing and delivering solutions within Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and optimising Windows desktops to ensure security, compliance, and user experience.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
- Experience with SCCM.
