Salesforce Architect
to lead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design across the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Progressive Web App (PWA) stack. This role will sit above multiple SCRUM teams and work closely with offshore delivery teams, primarily based in Portugal. The architect will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment across retail journeys, account management, checkout, and health services. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with clients and guide delivery teams through design, build, and test phases. What you\’ll do: Own the solution architecture across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PWA. Integrate designs with MuleSoft, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, and other digital platforms. Produce and contribute to key design documents (KDDs) and architecture artefacts. Provide technical leadership and guidance to SCRUM teams. Ensure architectural consistency and strategic alignment across the programme. Act as a client-facing architect, confidently communicating and challenging stakeholders. Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
