On behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs, we are looking for a Forklift Driver for a 12 month contract based in Derby.
Job description - the role
What you will be doing:
- Transporting Kitting hardware from the store to the shop
- Removing waste from the shop
- Operating washing tanks (full training will be provided)
- Operating spraying rotators (full training will be provided)
- Driving a small lorry for tooling collections
Who we are looking for:
- Counterbalance forklift licence required (ideally up to 10 tonne)
- Demonstrated track record of working within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of using machinery would be advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving license (Clean)
- Able to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- IT literate
