On behalf of PwC, we are recruiting for a Change Manager on a contract basis until the end of November 2026. The role is based in Reading and will operate on a hybrid working model.
Join us as a Change Manager: This role will play a key part in delivering business change activities to support the implementation of a large-scale technology transformation. The successful candidate will lead change delivery activities, ensuring effective adoption of new systems and ways of working across a large operational workforce. You will work closely with business leaders, operational teams, and project stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, training, and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
What you'll do:
- Lead business change activities to support the successful delivery and adoption of a complex transformation programme.
- Develop and manage change plans, deployment approaches, and adoption strategies.
- Assess people impacts and define appropriate change interventions.
- Own stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and post-go-live support activities.
- Work with operational teams and leadership to embed new systems and processes.
- Support business readiness and ensure teams are prepared for transition.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, project teams, and end users.
- Monitor adoption progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Support hypercare activities and ensure sustainable change outcomes.
