Our Contingent Workforce Solution (CWS) is one of our service offerings; we act as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provide professional interim and temporary resources.

We are looking for an ITIL Service Architect for a 12 Months contract based in Bristol (3 days per week in the office) on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.

Purpose of the Role:

As ITIL Service Architect you will work with principal stakeholders across the business, design and build operational and service management capability designing services to support critical business functions and services.

As an ITIL Service Architect you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Service and Operate capability to collaboratively define and oversee the design of services with principal stakeholders.
  • Working closely with individual suppliers and a Matrix supply chain to define services in accordance with business service owners' current service and operational portfolio.
  • Planning and scheduling workload against a defined and agreed sequence of activity bringing Facilities, Infrastructure and Applications under a support capability, which is overseen, governed and enforced by security controls and standards.
  • Stakeholder management skills from programme to C-suite.
  • Supporting the wider project team with service management and service operation queries.
  • Developing services that can be signed off by the business and support a centralised service and operational capability.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Experience working on IT projects in the Defence sector.
  • Experience in system integration.
  • An excellent understanding of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within service and operational support.
  • SC cleared are preferable.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable in their approach to delivery of individual and programme objectives.
  • Ability to work at pace and perform tasks simultaneously.
