We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to support a high-profile infrastructure programme within a secure environment. The role will involve managing the delivery of new infrastructure into the estate through a third-party provider, ensuring alignment with agreed processes and high integrity standards. This position requires someone able to quickly establish themselves, coordinate stakeholders effectively, and deliver against tight timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of infrastructure projects through third-party suppliers.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring delivery against defined milestones.
- Apply PRINCE2 and structured delivery methodologies to maintain governance and control.
- Ensure all work meets the high integrity requirements of a TOP SECRET-level environment.
- Provide assurance against security and compliance frameworks, including exposure to NIST 800-53.
- Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, providing clear reporting and communication.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and provide the flexibility required to meet programme needs.
Key Accountabilities, Skills & Experience:
- Active or eligibility to receive DV Clearance.
- Proven track record in infrastructure delivery management, ideally within secure or defence environments.
- Strong background in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring successful outcomes.
- PRINCE2 (or equivalent) project delivery expertise.
- Experience delivering projects within high integrity, highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST 800-53).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet tight deadlines and shifting requirements.
