On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Change & Transformation Manager for an initial 3 Month contract with strong likelihood of extension.
Join us as a Change & Transformation Manager: We are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Manager to lead a large-scale technology and business transformation programme within the electrical sector. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across business change, technology build, data migration, and release management activities while leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 people across multiple workstreams.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end programme delivery across:
- Business design
- Technology build and configuration
- Testing and deployment
- Data cleansing and migration
- Business change and adoption
- Define and drive the overall transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Manage programme releases, dependencies, RAID activities, risks, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of circa 30 people
- Oversee technology delivery alongside system integrators and third-party partners
- Drive data migration strategy including cleansing, validation, governance, and cutover planning
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and leadership teams
- Provide governance reporting, delivery updates, and escalation management
- Support continuous improvement and process optimisation across the programme
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology transformation programmes
- Experience working within complex multi-vendor or tri-party delivery environments
- Electrical, utilities, or infrastructure sector experience preferred
- Strong understanding of full delivery lifecycle management
- Experience with RAID management, dependency tracking, and release planning
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management capability
