On behalf of Pw C, we are recruiting for a Change Manager on a contract basis until the end of November 2026.

The role is based in Reading and will operate on a hybrid working model.

Manager: This role will play a key part in delivering business change activities to support the implementation of a large-scale technology transformation.

The successful candidate will lead change delivery activities, ensuring effective adoption of new systems and ways of working across a large operational workforce.

You will work closely with business leaders, operational teams, and project stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, training, and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

What you'll do: Lead business change activities to support the successful delivery and adoption of a complex transformation programme.

Develop and manage change plans, deployment approaches, and adoption strategies.

Assess people impacts and define appropriate change interventions.

Own stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and post-go-live support activities.

Work with operational teams and leadership to embed new systems and processes.

Support business readiness and ensure teams are prepared for transition.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, project teams, and end users.

Monitor adoption progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Support hypercare activities and ensure sustainable change outcomes.

The skills you'll need: Proven experience as a Change Manager delivering large-scale transformation programmes.

Experience leading business change, adoption, and organisational change initiatives.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Experience managing communications, training, and change readiness activities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with complex operational environments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
