On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a S/4 Hana Planning & Reporting Lead for an initial 4 Month contract based in either Manchester or London on a hybrid basis.

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Join us as a S/4 Hana Planning & Reporting Lead: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the reporting and analytics workstream within a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
  • Working closely with international PwC teams, this role will focus on delivering enterprise reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), supporting end-to-end finance and ERP transformation objectives.
  • You will play a key leadership role across the implementation programme, driving reporting strategy, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and delivery execution across multiple business areas.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting workstream within the S/4HANA transformation programme.
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Build and oversee reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for business users and leadership teams.
  • Drive end-to-end reporting strategy across finance and ERP processes.
  • Collaborate with international PwC teams and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Provide leadership across reporting, profitability analysis, and dimensional reporting activities.
  • Ensure reporting solutions align with business requirements, governance standards, and transformation objectives.
  • Support programme planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance.
  • Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable SAP reporting solutions.
  • Mentor and guide project team members within the reporting and analytics function.

The skills you'll need:

  • Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on reporting and analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end reporting processes within finance and ERP environments.
  • Experience with profitability analysis, dimensional reporting, financial reporting, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead reporting workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working within complex international project environments.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working alongside consulting organisations such as PwC.
  • Knowledge of finance transformation and ERP modernisation programmes.
  • SAP certifications or relevant ERP/reporting qualifications.
