Nationwide is recruiting Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors on a 12-month temporary contract. You’ll work onsite at Nationwide Kings Park Road, Moulton Park, Northampton, 5 days out of 7, with shift patterns from 8am to 8pm and six weeks’ notice of your schedule. You’ll receive a £14.56 hourly rate.
You’ll handle inbound calls to support members’ everyday banking needs. Full training is provided and you’ll join a friendly team that helps you develop in a customer-focused role.
