We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet specific cleaning requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- Licence: A valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites.
- Language Skills: Good command of English, both spoken and written, to understand instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond politely and professionally to client requests.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within a team environment.
