AMS Case Management is seeking two support workers in Tees Valley to provide care for a 22-year-old male client with cerebral palsy and autism.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assistance with daily care
  • Administering medication
  • Supporting the client in recreational activities

The role requires:

  • Flexibility in working hours
  • A background in epilepsy
  • A clean driving license

Training will be provided to familiarize the worker with the client’s needs. The employment contract is through Fletchers Solicitors.
