AMS Case Management are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a bank support worker in the Hartlepool area, with the main requirement being to cover holidays and sickness as needed.
The role involves providing prompts, reminders, and supervision to the client so that he can maintain his established routine and engage in valued activities such as socialising, physical activity, maintaining family contact, and promoting his general wellbeing and quality of life.
Salary and Benefits: Statutory training and supervision provided.
Client and Role: The client is a gentleman with an acquired brain injury. The client requires prompts, reminders, and supervision so that he can maintain his established routine and access community-based activities. 1:1 support.
Successful Applicant:
- Experience of working with clients with an acquired brain injury is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic and keen to help the client progress, with an open mind and be flexible in their approach.
- Experience of working alongside MDT professionals is advantageous.
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced support worker to make a real difference to someone’s life. Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence and use of own vehicle with relevant insurance cover.
