AMS Care Ltd is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents in a supportive home environment. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans in line with NMC, CQC standards and AMS Care policies.
