Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the primary day‑to‑day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete at a job site located near Assiniboia, SK. Position starts near the end of June and continues through October. Amrize provides lodging and a $50 per day leave of absence.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Maintain equipment by performing daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and keeping equipment clean inside and out.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers in the assigned geography.
- Own the satisfaction of customers at all times.
- Provide consistent and reliable customer service through delivery.
- Ensure a positive, hassle‑free delivery experience for Amrize’s customers.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Logistics, Operations and fellow operators.
- Participate in Amrize Ready Mix Training Program.
- Operate electronic devices (tablets, GPS, etc.).
- Commit to communication, improvement and adherence to health, safety and environmental policies.
- Promote and exhibit a culture of safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Preference for candidates with construction and heavy equipment experience.
- Understanding of the building materials industry is an asset.
- Valid Class3Q (Air Brakes) or Class1Q driver abstract.

- Flexible schedule; may work different shifts and weekends.
- Ability to lift >50lb.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
