What you will do:
- Provide prompt product knowledge and information to customers as the first point of contact in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email in a timely manner.
- Prepare small order quotations for urgent contracting jobs.
- Conduct product research using catalogues and online resources.
- Verify the availability of all items ordered and scheduled for customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain stock levels at the counter area as needed.
- Assist in the warehouse if required.
What you will bring:
- Previous technical sales or customer service experience in wholesale or distribution is required.
- Knowledge of the local HVAC and Plumbing markets is an asset.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
