Your responsibilities
Organising staff shifts and scheduling
Delivering excellent customer service and leading by example
Working with food and drink suppliers
Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed
Following company policy and procedures for handling cash, equipment and property
Maintaining safe working conditions
Auditing inventory levels and ordering stock as needed
Recruiting, training and empowering staff
Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
Driving revenue growth and implementing strategies to boost sales
About you
Previous experience as a General Manager or Front of House Lead
High standards of customer service and health & safety
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position.
