£19:00 – £ 22:00 per hour – Self Employed

Relief Chef in a selection of establishments

• We are recruiting for Relief Chef de partie/ Sous/ Head Chef\’s in various locations.
• Be your own boss.
• Flexibility you have control over your work life balance.

What we are looking for:

• Creative and experienced relief chef
• Knowledge of British produce and high quality cuisine
• Passion for Food and Customer Service
• Capable of running your own section, leading a team
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie
• Own transport an advantage

We require all staff to be trained to at least Senior Chef de Partie level and hold NVQ level 2 certificates or the equivalent, and an up-to-date food hygiene certificate.

You will also be expected to have your own Chef uniform and knives and insurance.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position, sponsorship is not available.
