Immediate Start | Head Pastry Chef | South Devon Coast | Up to £40,000 plus tips Our client, a picturesque resort on the South Devon coast, is looking for a talented and committed Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section and join their friendly, established kitchen team. The role You will manage, mentor and lead the pastry team, creating seasonal dessert menus and overseeing daily production, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Keeping an eye on stock and costs, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to keep standards high. The rota is five days out of seven.
