About the role
We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and shape a menu our guests will love. You will run a motivated, supportive team, keep standards high, and have real ownership of your kitchen. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives working with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, we would love to hear from you.
What we offer
£40,000 base salary
Generous tronc of £8,000–£10,000 a year
Quarterly bonus paid every 13 weeks when targets are met
28 days' holiday and your birthday off
Staff discount
Live-in accommodation available at £270 per month
About you
Proven experience as Head Chef
A creative approach to food and a keen eye for consistency and presentation
Solid knowledge of costing, ordering and kitchen compliance
A natural leader who builds a positive, motivated team
Reliable own transport required due to location. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
