We are on the lookout for Relief Head Chef / Sous Chef / Chef de Partie in a selection of Gastro Pubs / Restaurants, Private Clubs / Events to join our team with an immediate start. We are recruiting for Relief Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Head Chef in various locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working in a variety of locations and offers flexibility and constant change.
What we are looking for:
- Creative and experienced relief chefs
- Knowledge of British produce and high quality cuisine
- Passion for Food and Customer Service
- Capable of running your own section, leading a team
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie / Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Own transport an advantage
We require all staff to be trained to at least Senior Chef de Partie level and hold NVQ level 2 certificates or the equivalent, and an up-to-date food hygiene certificate. You will also be expected to have your own Chef uniform and knives and insurance.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working in a variety of locations and offers flexibility and constant change. We are always happy to help any Relief Chef find a more permanent position at any point.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position; sponsorship is not available. Applicants must be registered as self-employed in the UK.
