Our client is a leading protein processor supplying major retailers and foodservice customers throughout the UK. They are seeking an experienced Process Technologist to support the successful delivery of new and existing products from concept through to launch. The Role

  • Managing factory trials and product launches
  • Supporting NPD projects through the critical path process
  • Ensuring products are launched right first time
  • Working closely with Production, Technical, NPD and Commercial teams
  • Monitoring product quality, consistency and process capability
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Ensuring customer specifications and standards are met throughout production

About You

  • Previous Process Technologist experience within food manufacturing
  • Experience working with chilled, fresh or protein products
  • Strong understanding of factory trials and product launches
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
